They got banned ya'll

Buma/Stemra (music rights in the Netherlands) has declared the Dance Department Podcast and every other commercial Podcast in which music is played, illegal.

I don’t have the specific details, but it seems that in the future, every record they play on the Podcast has to be cleared by the record company.

Dance Department is not going to stop producing this Podcast though. It will still be available in the iTunes Music Store.
