11am - get coffee and a sandwich

1pm - go to the doctor
2pm - doctor's appointment
2.10pm - go home
2.20pm till 5.30pm - wank, eat, pee, sleep, wank, eat, sleep, wank, pee, wash hands very well, eat, shower
5.30pm - go to work.
6pm - 12.20am - work (and probably wank)
1am - home, wank, eat, bursh teeth, wank, sleep
