Anyway, she was supposed to loose weight before the surgery (let's say she's not thin). Of course she didn't loose any weight and now she is still not thin with a cup C.

Now, after surgery, she does want to loose weight, which is stupid in my opinion. I mean, she got just got her breast reduced and if she starts losing major dead weight now...her boobies will go bye bye, I'll tell ya.
